Mentoring

I am excited to get to know you, where you are at, where you want to bring more flow, more circulation, what your current needs and aspirations are.
I can support you in finding alignment, redefining your sense of purpose, getting clarity on what is truly important to you and in the steps to take next.
Most of all I am interested in holding you in your becoming, in tapping into your greatest potential.

I have a Master’s Degree in Visual Arts and I have been trained in 5Rhythms dance. My main practice is in the fields of drawing, painting and poetry. I’ve also had my hands and whole body in many other practices in the past, piano playing, taking ballet classes as a child, attending glass-blowing workshops, and learning from applied improvisation. I enjoy a broad view and experience as to creative processes in general.
So please feel free to contact me if you feel I could offer some support or guidance on a more general level even if your practice isn’t necessarily one of visual art.

I honour blocks, stagnation, unclarity, boredom, fear, the talk of the inner critic, I have come to know they are part of the way. They reveal precious gifts as we travel with and through them.
