My work is at the junction of art, healing arts, and mysticism, rooted in the belief that we can contribute to a sane world by tending to all our relations.
I am a feeler, a connector, a contemplative and expressive being, well travelled, geographically and other fields.
I massage, I create images, I write, I facilitate dance and conscious movement sessions and I guide meditations.
I also offer my experience and guidance in the fields of creativity, body movement and self-development in one-on-one mentoring and group work.
In Montréal I was invited regularly to give talks and workshops on Mindfulness at McGill University.
In the last years I have offered series of workshops online, especially The Listening Body, an exploration of embodied mysticism, Art as a Way, an artistic and philosophical practice based on daoist monk Shi Tao’s manuscripts, as well as an online international Mothers’ Circle.
My studies were in the fields of visual arts at the ENSAD in Paris, of bodywork at the KinéConcept Institute in Montréal (Kinetic Swedish massage therapy and applied Craniosacral Therapy), and I am an accredited 5Rhythms teacher.
I have also received a training in end of life accompaniment in the Celtic tradition.
My child keeps me real and up to date in applying my awareness practices.
